The ILS Coordinator supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities by teaching daily living skills, promoting independence, and helping them reach personal goals. This role blends direct support with light leadership tasks like scheduling, communication, and documentation, all while maintaining a positive, professional presence. The position is fully in-person, flexible, and starts at $23/hour with benefits for eligible employees. This position is open for the Santa Paula/Fillmore area only.
Support Specialist
Part-Time or Full-Time | $20.00 / Hour
As a Support Specialist you will empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
